🎬 Video Editor Wanted - Meta & TikTok Ads (Pay Per Video)

We're a performance marketing agency looking for a skilled video editor who lives and breathes short form social content. You understand what separates a scroll stopping ad from something people skip past in half a second, and you know how to make paid content feel native, authentic, and organic rather than "ad-like."

βœ‚οΈ What you'll be doing:

- Editing raw creator and UGC footage into high performing Meta and TikTok ad creatives

- Building strong hooks, pacing, and cuts that keep viewers watching

- Adding text overlays, captions, emojis, and on-screen elements that boost engagement

- Incorporating music, sound effects, and removing/cleaning up audio as needed

- Pulling in screen recordings, website shots, reviews, and other supporting visuals

- Staying current on what's working on Meta and TikTok right now, trends move fast and we need someone who moves with them

🎯 What we're looking for:

- Proven experience editing ads specifically for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok, not just general video editing

- A portfolio or reel showing real performance ad work, not just polished brand videos

- Strong understanding of performance marketing and what actually drives conversions, not just views

- CPG brand experience strongly preferred

- General ecommerce/DTC experience will also be considered

- Fast turnaround times and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data

- Comfortable working with raw, imperfect footage and turning it into something that feels real

πŸ“ˆ To apply, please include:

- A link to your portfolio or past ad work (Meta/TikTok specific)

- Examples of results driven, if available: ad spend managed, revenue generated, CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, or any other performance metrics you can share

- Add the word [SUMMER] when applying so that we know you read this. Applicants without it will be skipped.

- Your typical turnaround time per video

πŸ’° Compensation: Pay per project basis, one project typically contains 1 raw video that is edited into 3 video variations (typically hook, CTA, or other), fit for feed and story placements on Meta. Rate may vary based on experience.

We're looking for someone who can become a long term creative partner, not a one-off gig. If you get social content and know how to make ads that don't feel like ads, we'd love to hear from you! πŸš€
