This position is responsible for<br><br>leading defensive development and managing all aspects of the programs<br><br>recruiting efforts. You should elevate our staff through a blend of<br><br>technical expertise, data-driven insight, and individualized athlete<br><br>development.\<br><br>Youll lead the development and performance of our defense & recruiting,<br><br>designing training plans that balance mechanics, mental preparation, and<br><br>in-game execution. Your approach is intentional, you dont believe in<br><br>one-size-fits-all coaching. Instead, you tailor development to each<br><br>athlete, helping them unlock their strengths and compete at their<br><br>highest level.\<br><br>\<br><br>Priorities for success:\<br><br>Stay active in the recruiting landscape, building and managing pipelines<br><br>through modern recruiting platforms and communication tools.\<br><br>Use performance technology and analytics tools (643 charts or Trumedia)<br><br>to inform training and game strategy\<br><br>Demonstrated knowledge of Rapsodo or Trackman technology\<br><br>Understanding of Whistle recruiting communication app to keep you<br><br>organize while recruiting our student athletes\<br><br>\<br><br>If you want to help shape athletes that competes with confidence,<br><br>precision, and purpose and you bring the mindset of a coach who never<br><br>stops learning; we want to hear from you!<br><br>**Job Summary**<br><br>Assists the head coach with daily activities of assigned sports program,<br><br>which may include recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, academics,<br><br>retention, program development and fundraising.<br><br>**Essential Functions**<br><br>Coaches and oversees one (1) or more functional aspects of team<br><br>administrative management and/or programs. Assists with academics and<br><br>retention of student athletes, ensuring adherence to University<br><br>standards. Interacts with donors and assists with fundraising and<br><br>booster club activities. Communicates with media relations. Monitors<br><br>student performance and maintains student athlete records. Manages<br><br>financial transactions for recruiting visits. Monitors budgets related<br><br>to assigned programs and recruiting visit expenditures.
