About the Role & Team

With our Disney Store retail destination inside the Selfridges, London store, we are looking for a Concession Manager to drive and deliver retail standards and sales objectives to meet or exceed company set targets using responsible business practices in line with our Standard Operating Proceedures (SOP’s) in a retail environment owned and operated by a third-party. This person will manage, develop and motivate the Disney Store Team that operate in the Concession Store location.

The concession space builds on a Disney Store presence within the flagship Disney Store on Oxford Street. This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve performance and sales objectives as communicated by Line Manager

  • Drive the Team to achieve all sales targets by coaching and delivering exceptional Guest Service at all times. Monitor all KPI performance, assess and communicate performance of Team and Individuals

  • Act as a Role Model in order to ensure the integrity of the Disney Brand and to ensure that Disney standards are maintained at all times

  • Recruit, Train and Develop a team of Cast members

  • Motivate the Concession Store Team through Communication and Coaching

  • Plan and Organise Store routines to achieve daily, weekly and quarterly objectives

  • Manage the flow of deliveries into the store and ensure the integrity of the stockfile by accurate completion of store documentation

  • Ensure that Store housekeeping standards are maintained to the highest standards at all times

  • Manage efficient and accurate till transactions in compliance with all TDS policies and procedures and also in compliance with the policies and procedures of the host store

  • Manage all Loss Prevention processes in accordance with TDS and Host Store policies in order to minimise any losses to the company

  • Manage compliance with all Health and Safety policies of TDS and The Host Store and monitor standards daily to ensure the safety of our Guests and Our Cast members and ensure compliance with all relevant H&S legislation

  • Provide and Communicate regular updates to Line Manager and the wider business as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with responsibility for delivering sales targets and operational excellence

  • Strong track record of delivering against KPIs such as sales, conversion, and store performance metrics, with the ability to analyse results and take action to improve performance

  • Experience operating within brand-driven environments, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand integrity are consistently maintained

  • Hands-on experience in store operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and maintaining an accurate stock file

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience providing updates, influencing teams, and collaborating across wider business functions

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plan store routines, and deliver against daily, weekly, and quarterly objectives
