We are looking for a Dental Nurse / Dental Assistant to join a busy, friendly team of professionals. The role will also require you to spend some time on reception too and help with other duties around the practice.

We have two positions available.

Happy to consider applications from Qualified Dental Nurses or Trainee Dental Nurses or anyone looking for a job in healthcare.

Candidates who live close to the practice minutes ie less than a 30 minute commute of the practice preferred as we need the team to be at work on time. Our postcode is SE25 4SL - please check on Google Maps to see how long your commute will be before applying.

Training and possible apprenticeship is also a possibility for those with no experience and wanting to enter into this career field.

Job Overview

  • Dental Nurse / Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist + Admin duties
  • Permanent - Part or Full Time (hours to be agreed at interview)
  • Two positions available
  • Mixed Practice (NHS & Private) with 9 surgeries
  • 3 to 5 days per week
  • Kodak R4 Dental Software
  • Dentistry: General / Cosmetics / Aesthetics / oral surgery
  • Salary: negotiable - depending on experience
  • Start date: ASAP - happy to wait for the right candidate if you have to give notice

Duties will include assisting the dentists with treatments, communicating with patients, processing instruments for sterilisation, record keeping, reception duties (answering phone calls, making appointments, taking payments.) May also assist practice manager with administrative work.
