About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Consultant to provide expert guidance and strategic support to childcare providers and educational institutions in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. You will play a pivotal role in assessing needs, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices across various early learning settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site assessments of childcare centers and educational programs to evaluate quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Develop customized strategic plans and recommendations for curriculum enhancement, staff training, and operational optimization. Provide expert advice on early childhood development, pedagogy, and best practices. Assist clients in navigating and complying with local and national childcare regulations.
