Based in: Head Office, Ipoh

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Architecture: Design and standardize end-to-end financial workflows (e.g., Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) to ensure consistency across regional entities.
  • IT & System Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT to implement/upgrade ERP systems (Estate Financial System). Translate accounting requirements into technical functional specifications.
  • Technical Compliance: Ensure all financial processes and reporting comply with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards), IFRS, and local tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax).
  • Digital Transformation: Lead finance initiatives, data analytics projects, and the deployment.
  • Governance & Control: Establish internal control frameworks and "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) to mitigate financial risks and ensure audit readiness.
  • Change Management: Conduct workshops and training sessions for business units to ensure smooth adoption of new financial tools or policy changes.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from recognized universities with minimum CGPA 3.0.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or audit (for manager level).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (for executive level).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to be based in Ipoh.
