Buscamos un perfil que lidere, desarrolle y supervise al equipo de Ejecutivos de Cuentas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, la correcta gestión del pipeline de ventas y la entrega de soluciones de cumplimiento normativo alineadas con las necesidades regulatorias de los clientes. Responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Ejecutivos de Cuentas, asegurando un alto desempeño individual y colectivo.
  • Definir, dar seguimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas de ventas (mensuales, trimestrales y anuales).
  • Supervisar la correcta gestión del ciclo de ventas completo: prospección, diagnóstico, propuesta, cierre y postventa.
  • Asegurar que las soluciones de cumplimiento normativo ofrecidas se ajusten a la normativa vigente y a las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
  • Brindar coaching, capacitación y retroalimentación continua al equipo comercial.
  • Analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Legal, Compliance, Producto y Customer Success para asegurar propuestas sólidas y viables.
  • Mantener relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave y apoyar cierres de alto valor.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos comerciales y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Garantizar el uso correcto del CRM y la calidad de la información registrada.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios regulatorios relevantes para el negocio.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en ventas B2B, preferentemente en soluciones de cumplimiento normativo, servicios legales, financieros o tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos comerciales.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normativas regulatorias (ej. compliance, prevención de lavado de dinero, protección de datos, gobierno corporativo u otras según el sector).
  • Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot o similar).
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretación de métricas comerciales.
