ORGANIC CONTENT STRATEGIST AND OPERATOR -- PART-TIME, REMOTE

High Earning Potential + Performance Bonuses | Help Build a Channel Seen by Millions

Please apply using the form below and do not submit your application through Indeed:

About This Role

We are a growing creator brand that teaches people how to make professional VFX content using their phones. We have built a following of over 1 million and have served over 45,000 students. This is not a startup figuring things out. It is an established brand with real infrastructure looking for the right person to own organic growth.

Our organic content is a core growth driver, and we are looking for someone to own it completely. Not just plan it. Own it.

This is not a content coordinator role. This is a strategic operator position for someone who thinks in frameworks, moves fast, and can hand off a 90-day content calendar that is ready to execute from day one.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and own the organic content strategy for our brand
  • Build systems and workflows that allow the channel to run consistently without constant direction
  • Film, edit, and post fast-turn content independently when needed
  • Create and manage content calendars with clear testing frameworks
  • Analyze what performs and why, and use that insight to guide every content decision
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to align content with business goals

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You already have your own content presence and have grown an audience using short-form video. You think in formats and systems, not just ideas. You have managed content for a creator or brand and understand what makes content perform, and more importantly, you can articulate it clearly. You are a strategic thinker who can also pick up a camera.

Requirements

  • Have grown your own social account or managed content for a brand or creator
  • Can film and edit fast-turn talking-head content independently, no videographer needed
  • Understand short-form video strategy and can explain what makes something perform
  • Can work autonomously and move fast without being directed on every piece
  • Are familiar with content testing frameworks (bonus if you already know the Tournament Method)
  • Are highly organized and can build systems, not just ideas
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Available to overlap with US business hours for async communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a personal brand or course creator
  • Background in VFX, tech, or creator education content
  • Genuine passion for the creator economy

Compensation

If your work scales our channel, you earn more. This role includes performance bonuses tied directly to channel growth, meaning your earning potential grows alongside the results you drive. Base compensation is discussed during the offer stage and is based on your experience and tier.

Why You Will Love This Role

This is a remote, part-time engagement with real ownership. Based in the Raleigh-Durham area of NC? Even better - there may be opportunities to collaborate in person. You will not be a cog in a content machine. You will be the person who builds the machine. There is strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the channel grows.

We look forward to meeting you!
