Private PA/ EA - Office-Based (Mayfair) & Multiple International Properties

Tiger Private are seeking an experienced Private PA/EA to support a UHNW family with a wide range of personal and household administrative responsibilities. The role is based in the Mayfair office, with coordination across the family’s primary residence in Surrey as well as multiple international properties.

The successful candidate will work closely with the EA to the CEO, as there is regular overlap between business and private matters, including direct requests from the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive household and family administration across the Surrey residence and international properties
  • Property and project coordination, including new property developments abroad and a residential project in Finland
  • Involvement in upcoming property acquisitions in Italy and the Middle East
  • Relocation support, including an upcoming relocation to Rome from September, ensuring a smooth transition for the family
  • Assistance with school searches and admissions for the children in new locations.
  • Full set-up support for new homes, including utilities, suppliers, and household infrastructure
  • Management of children’s schooling and activities, including admissions, schedules, and ongoing communication
  • Coordination of household suppliers, contractors, and day-to-day operations
  • Arrangement of private travel, including flights, accommodation, chauffeurs, and itineraries
  • Management of passports, visas, and other travel/documentation requirements
  • Processing household invoices, payments, and expense management
  • Close collaboration with the EA to the CEO, managing overlapping responsibilities and direct requests from the CEO
Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a UHNW Private EA or Household EA role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a private household environment
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and collaborative, with occasional willingness to support out-of-hours needs when required
