About the Role Our client, a leading educational technology company, is seeking a talented and innovative Early Childhood Curriculum Developer to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing curriculum content for our early learning platforms, targeting children aged 3-6 years. Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive, play-based curriculum frameworks for early childhood education (ages 3-6). Create engaging digital learning content, including interactive activities, lessons, and assessments. Collaborate with instructional designers, animators, and developers to bring curriculum to life. Ensure all curriculum aligns with early learning standards (e.g., Common Core, NAEYC guidelines) and educational best practices. Conduct research on current trends and research in early childhood education and EdTech. Write clear, concise, and engaging instructional text for digital learning modules. Review and evaluate existing curriculum content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to product strategy discussions. Test and refine curriculum components based on user feedback and data analytics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education, preferably in a digital or EdTech environment.
