Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Sound Designer to join their dynamic team in the heart of New York City 's bustling arts and entertainment scene. Key Responsibilities Design, create, and implement high-quality sound effects, Foley, ambiances, and dialogue edits for film and television productions. Collaborate closely with the re-recording mixer and supervising sound editor to ensure creative and technical coherence of the final soundtrack. Source, record, and process custom sound elements to meet the unique demands of each project. Manage and organize sound libraries, ensuring efficient retrieval and integration of assets. Provide creative input and technical solutions during production and post-production phases. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in audio technology and sound design techniques. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Sound Designer in film and television. Proven portfolio showcasing diverse and high-impact sound design work. Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Cubase. Strong understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and audio mixing principles. Experience with sound editing, Foley recording, and ADR supervision. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
