We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify product management, order fulfillment, and customer support.

### Responsibilities:

✅ Upload and manage products on Shopify

✅ Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants)

✅ Process and fulfill customer orders

✅ Track shipments and update order statuses

✅ Handle customer inquiries via email and chat

✅ Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges

✅ Maintain accurate product and inventory information

✅ Coordinate with suppliers when necessary

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

### Requirements:

✔️ Experience working with Shopify

✔️ Strong English communication skills

✔️ Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment workflows

✔️ Familiarity with customer support best practices

✔️ Attention to detail and ability to work independently

✔️ Experience with dropshipping suppliers (CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, AliExpress, etc.) is a plus

✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
