The Solution Specialist: Autodesk Forma is responsible for both delivering successful Autodesk Forma implementations and helping the sales team grow Autodesk Forma opportunities. This role combines hands-on technical consulting, workflow expertise, presales strategy, and sales enablement. The ideal person in this role is equally comfortable configuring client workflows, leading training sessions, supporting technical demos, shaping service scopes, and coaching sales teams on how to find and close the right Autodesk Forma opportunities.</p> <p><strong>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p><strong>Autodesk Forma Implementation Responsibilities (50%)</strong></p> <div> <p>Client Discovery & Workflow Assessment</p> <ul> <li>Lead or support discovery sessions to understand existing workflows, systems, and project delivery methods</li> <li>Document processes, pain points, user roles, and business objectives</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve planning, collaboration, coordination, and data management</li> <li>Define success metrics and measurable implementation outcomes</li> </ul> <p>Configuration & Implementation Support</p> <ul> <li>Deliver guided configuration sessions for Autodesk Forma solutions</li> <li>Assist with setup of projects, roles, permissions, templates, and standards</li> <li>Align workflows with client needs and best practices</li> <li>Provide guidance on integrations within the Autodesk ecosystem</li> </ul>
