What You’ll Do
  • Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again
  • Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like the bakery or produce to meet real-time store needs

  • Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl’s streamlined processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking

  • Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas, ensuring all items meet Lidl’s quality and presentation standards

  • Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, ensuring strong presentation, accurate signage and pricing

  • Keep the store looking its best by upholding Lidl’s high cleanliness standards across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot

  • Create a smooth, efficient checkout experience by operating the register quickly and accurately – this includes memorizing produce price look up codes (PLUs)

  • Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and professionally resolve or escalate customer issues as they arise

  • Help keep inventory accurate and stock-loss low by sticking to our inventory control measures

  • Ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers by following all safety procedures and operational guidelines

  • Work closely with the team to complete daily tasks on time and ensure smooth store operations for the next shift

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly

  • Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment-paced environment

  • Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and reach above head height (10+ inches) frequently
