By listening carefully and offering clear guidance, the Verizon Associate creates helpful sales discussions that focus on reliable internet service. The Verizon Associate’s approach ensures every conversation balances strong customer care with productive sales engagement.

Core Functions of the Verizon Associate

  • Engage with customers in person to assess their current internet, TV, and phone setups, then demonstrate how Verizon Fios can upgrade their experience.
