We run two US home cleaning companies (Arlington Home Cleaning in Arlington, Virginia and Crystal Home Cleaning in the Phoenix, Arizona area). We need a sharp, organized VA to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations: handling client intake and quotes, managing scheduling and cleaner assignments, keeping our reviews and social media active, and producing clean weekly reports. This role is mostly admin and client communication (email, chat, and phone), with some outbound follow-up calls and light cleaner recruiting mixed in. Strong written and spoken English is required, and you should be comfortable on the phone with US homeowners and small business owners. We pay weekly, pay on time, and treat our team well. Working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (roughly 9:00pm to 5:00am Philippines time), 30–40 hours per week. Remote role with room to grow as we scale.
