The role involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans for SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing modules, collaborating with teams for thorough testing, and providing training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts for SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management modules, focusing on Material Requirement Planning, Available to Promise, Make to Order, and Make to Stock scenarios • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of demand management processes, including forecasting and planned independent requirements • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting • Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes or upgrades • Validate SAP Variant Configuration settings to ensure accurate product configurations and manufacturing processes • Design and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management processes, including Material Requirement Planning, Available to Promise, Make to Order, and Make to Stock scenarios • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support SAP system usage and best practices • Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance user proficiency in SAP functionalities • Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP modules • Train users on cross-functional SAP Master Data, including BOM, Work Centers, Routing, and Production Versions • Create detailed documentation for SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management configurations, including process flows, system settings, and integration points • Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and support activities • Document business process designs and workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organizational requirements Skills • 7+ years of SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing and Materials Management domain and configuration expertise required • 5+ years of SAP Variant Configuration experience is required • Minimum 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support experience is required • Excellent understanding of Material Requirement Planning and Available to Promise • Excellent understanding of Make to Order and Make to Stock scenarios • Excellent understanding of demand management (forecasting, planned independent requirements) • Excellent understanding of cross-functional SAP Master Data (BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Production Version, etc.) • Strong understanding of integration with other SAP domains (EWM, FI, etc.) • Strong understanding of PLM integration with S/4 production master data Benefits • Medical/dental/vision insurance • HSA • FSA • 401(k) • Life, disability & ADD insurance • Paid time off • Paid sick leave Company Overview • Kforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, and professional staffing services.
