What you will be doing:As a Shopify Chat Assistant, you'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat windows embedded on e-commerce websites and social platforms. You'll field both product questions from prospective buyers and support requests from existing customers, providing helpful guidance and information in real time.

Contract length:No fixed term.

Rate:$35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and messaging tools. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are important. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. A dependable internet connection is essential.

Hours per week:10 + hours a week.

Location:Remote work online (United States preferred).
