We are a global remote company with an HQ in Miami, Florida.

Video Content Creation (X & YouTube)

  • Produce 2-3 short-form videos per week (60-90 sec) for X showcasing Quicknode products, features, and developer workflows

  • Produce 2 long-form videos per month (5-15 min) for YouTube: tutorials, walkthroughs, product deep-dives, or "build with me" style content

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for all planned video output, coordinated with the broader DevRel team's publishing schedule

  • Handle end-to-end production: scripting, screen recording, editing, captioning, and publishing

  • Track video performance metrics (views, engagement, click-throughs) and share a brief weekly summary with the team

Community Engagement

  • Maintain a daily active presence on Discord, X, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Farcaster, Telegram, developer forums)

  • Respond to developer questions, surface common pain points, and escalate bugs or urgent issues to the appropriate internal team

  • Help organize community events such as Twitter/X Spaces, Discord AMAs, or livestreams

  • Identify and build relationships with active community members, contributors, and ecosystem developers

  • Create and share bite-sized tips, threads, and memes that keep the community engaged between major content drops

Open-Source Demo Applications

  • Build and publish 6 fully functional demo apps over the internship that integrate Quicknode products/services (e.g., using Quicknode RPC, Streams, SQL Explorer)

  • Write clear README documentation for each repo covering setup, architecture, and how the Quicknode integration works

  • Ensure all demos follow best practices for code quality, are well-commented, and are accessible to developers of varying skill levels

  • Publish companion blog posts or video walkthroughs for each demo to maximize reach and educational value

Developer Feedback & Product Insights

  • Systematically collect and categorize developer feedback from Discord, X, GitHub issues, support tickets, and community conversations

  • Compile a bi-weekly feedback digest summarizing top themes, recurring pain points, feature requests, and sentiment trends

  • Present findings to the product team with clear, actionable recommendations prioritized by frequency and impact

  • Flag time-sensitive issues (e.g., breaking changes, widespread confusion, competitor moves) to the team in real time

General Expectations

  • Attend weekly DevRel team syncs and any relevant cross-functional meetings

  • Maintain a running log of all deliverables, metrics, and learnings in a shared workspace (Notion, Google Docs, etc.)

  • Proactively pitch new content ideas, community initiatives, or process improvements

  • Deliver a final internship wrap-up in the last week: a summary of work completed, key metrics, lessons learned, and recommendations for the team going forward
