We are seeking a Producer to join the CryptoKitties: ALL THE ZEN! team and help shape the ongoing development and growth of this playful and community-driven idle game. CryptoKitties: ALL THE ZEN! is an accessible and innovative blockchain game, and your role as Producer will be essential in ensuring smooth execution and delivery of features, events, and updates.

This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management, gaming, and Web3 innovation. You will serve as the bridge between teams, ensuring alignment, hitting deadlines, and delivering exceptional player experiences.

What we’ll achieve together:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of CryptoKitties: ALL THE ZEN!, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
    • Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking project progress and milestones.
    • Facilitate meetings, ensuring action items are clearly defined and followed up on.
    • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, community, and marketers to deliver updates, events, and new features.
    • Prioritize tasks and resources, ensuring the most impactful work is completed on time.
    • Support the LiveOps team in launching in-game events, updates, and new content.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in analyzing data to inform priorities.
    • Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

About you:

    • 4+ years of experience in Live Operations, production, project management, ideally within gaming and mobile.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in project management software.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining momentum.
    • Familiarity with blockchain and Telegram games is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is more important.
    • Passion for CryptoKitties, gaming, and exploring new frontiers in blockchain and entertainment.
