This role will help drive awareness, trial, and community engagement through events, partnerships, activations, and grassroots marketing efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>If you love wellness, fitness, community building, and creating experiences that people remember, we'd love to meet you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Events & Activations</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, sampling events, retailer events, fitness partnerships, trade shows, and community experiences </li><li>Support event logistics including scheduling, staffing, vendor coordination, product shipments, setup, and execution </li><li>Create event timelines, run-of-show documents, and activation plans to ensure flawless execution </li><li>Represent Pirq at events, retailer activations, and community partnerships </li><li>Assist with setup, teardown, and on-site event operations as needed </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Community Building & Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with gyms, studios, run clubs, wellness communities, universities, and local organizations. Focus on local but also do broader reach-outs to other key regions.</li><li>Identify new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and consumer trial </li><li>Coordinate product donations, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives </li><li>Help execute grassroots marketing programs that connect Pirq with consumers in authentic ways </li><li>Manage digital seeding platforms for community events in key regions across the country</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Brand Ambassador Program</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, coordinate, and manage brand ambassadors for events and sampling programs in-store </li><li>Assist with ambassador training, scheduling, and communication </li><li>Help ensure brand standards are consistently represented in the field </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Reporting & Organization</strong></p><ul><li>Track event calendars, timelines, and project deliverables </li><li>Create post-event recaps including photos, key learnings, performance metrics, and recommendations </li><li>Maintain organized event documentation, contracts, and partnership records </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, community marketing, partnerships, or a related field </li><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events </li><li>Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset </li><li>Passion for wellness, fitness, food & beverage, and consumer brands </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management tools </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with CPG, beverage, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands </li><li>Experience managing sampling programs or brand ambassadors </li><li>Existing relationships within Austin's fitness, wellness, and community event scene </li><li>Experience coordinating influencer or creator events </li><li>Trade show and retailer event experience </li><li>Social media content creation experience </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Pirq?</strong></p><ul><li>Join a rapidly growing wellness beverage brand carried in retailers nationwide </li><li>Work directly with the founder and leadership team </li><li>Help create unforgettable brand experiences that drive real consumer connection </li><li>Opportunity to shape and grow Pirq's community presence from the ground up </li><li>Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can make a meaningful impact </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p><ul><li>$65,000 - $75,000 base salary + bonus.</li><li>The actual base salary will vary based on factors such as market conditions, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.
