<strong>Location:</strong> Austin (TX)<br><br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time, In-Office<br><br><strong>Department:</strong> Marketing<br><br><strong>Salary:</strong> Top of market salary + equity<br><br>We’re hiring an Integrated Marketing & Events Lead to own Steadily’s events, community, social, employer brand, and field marketing programs.<br><br>This person will lead our 70+ annual events across consumer and B2B channels, build community with landlords and independent agents, and create content that brings Steadily’s brand into the market in a more human, visible, and memorable way.<br><br>The right candidate is a strong operator and creative marketer: someone who can run a high-volume event program, build audience engagement from the ground up, create social-first content, leverage employees as brand storytellers, and connect field activity to business results.<br><br>This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own events and experiential marketing: Lead Steadily’s 70+ annual events from strategy and planning through execution, follow-up, and reporting. Manage the operating details that make high-volume events run smoothly, including vendors, staffing, budgets, sponsorships, and lead capture.</li><li>Run logistics end-to-end: Serve as Steadily's hands-on logistics lead for all event materials and promotional inventory. Pack, ship, track, inventory, and receive event supplies while building and managing logistics schedules that ensure the right materials arrive at the right place, on time and on budget. Use tools like FedEx Ship Manager to coordinate outbound and inbound shipments across 70+ events per year.</li><li>Create social, influencer, and storytelling content: Turn events, customer moments, employee stories, and market insights into content that builds trust, reach, and credibility. Partner with creators, influencers, employees, customers, and industry voices to bring Steadily’s brand to life.</li><li>Lead integrated marketing campaigns: Build campaign plans that connect field activity, community, social, employer brand, and storytelling into cohesive go-to-market<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Background<br><br></strong><ul><li>10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, events, field marketing, community marketing, social media, influencer marketing, employer brand, customer marketing, or a similar role.</li><li>Hands-on experience executing high-volume event programs across B2B, consumer, partner, recruiting, or community channels.</li><li>Strong community-building instincts, with experience creating programs that drive audience engagement and participation.</li><li>Strong writing and content creation skills, especially for social, events, community recaps, employee stories, customer stories, and campaigns.</li><li>Comfort creating, filming, and editing authentic social content in the field while leveraging social editing tools like Canva, Capcut, or Riverside to produce fully finished content assets.</li><li>Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.</li><li>Experience working with sales, partnerships, customer success, recruiting, product marketing, creative, and leadership.</li><li>Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Analytical judgment and comfort connecting marketing programs to business outcomes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation & Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Compensation: Top of market salary + equity</li><li>Time Off: 3 weeks PTO + 6 federal holidays</li><li>Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA</li><li>Retirement: 401(k)</li><li>Perks: Free snacks, team lunches, and a highly collaborative in-office culture<br><br></li></ul><strong>Location<br><br></strong><ul><li>Austin, TX</li><li>Steadily is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person.
