As a Mortgage Consultant with Prosperity Home Mortgage, you'll be at the forefront of the home financing journey, guiding clients through one of life's most significant financial decisions. Working closely with our Area Sales mortgage solutions while building lasting relationships that drive both personal Champion the Prosperity Home Mortgage brand across diverse channels including realtors, builders, and innovative nontraditional partnerships Establish a commanding presence in your local market, becoming the go-to mortgage expert in your community Exceed personal production targets while contributing to overall market share mortgage programs, rates, and policies Conduct detailed financial and credit analyses to recommend tailored loan Present clear rate and point options while managing the complete application Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire loan process, Set realistic expectations by clearly communicating policies, procedures, and Uphold company standards for quality, accuracy, and fall-out rates Participate in ongoing mortgage product and sales training to remain at the cutting edge of industry best practices

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience demonstrating proven success

Proficiency with social media platforms for networking and business Willingness to travel within your local market area
